RETURN & REFUND PROTOCOL

We expect our relics to align perfectly with your style matrix. However, if a calibration is required, we offer an extended 30-day return window from the date of artifact delivery.

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To initiate a return protocol, the item must remain in its original, unaltered condition—unworn, unwashed, and secured within the original cybernicho vacuum packaging.

2. INITIATION
Please contact our support node at support@cybernicho.com with your order code to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed by our matrix.

3. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected by our collective, an evaluation notice will be emailed to you. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
