Nicholas is a contemporary practitioner of jewelry, installation, sculpture, and spatial design.
These multiple identities reflect the spirit of challenge and innovation that has defined his creative practice from the very beginning.

For Nicholas, exploring seemingly disparate materials and forms is simply a way of finding the most appropriate vessel for each idea. Only through working across diverse mediums can his unique worldview be fully articulated. He often draws from subtle natural orders at a micro level, skillfully capturing traces and shared patterns within complex histories.

Through a delicate and restrained approach, Nicholas presents his distinctive perspectives on nature, life, religion, history, and philosophy. Within his site-specific works, concepts of space, time, life, and nature intertwine, creating layered visual experiences shaped by impermanence, chaos, order, and contrast.

He navigates between abstraction and figuration in search of forms that are both free and poetic. By consciously sculpting his works, he maintains control over what appears to be randomness. His creative process often concludes through reduction — a principle of “not this, not that,” which has become a defining dialectic in his practice.

As a result, his works possess both a sense of mystery and a quiet depth that invites reflection.
